Our first move of the day. Depending on its size, we may schedule the crew for another afternoon job. You get a set start time rather than an open-ended window.

Your crew arrives about 15 minutes early for a walk-through. That time is not billed.

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

ARRIVAL WINDOW

A flexible window, ideal if you don't need a fixed start time. Your crew finishes a morning job first (typically a smaller move).

When they wrap up and are on their way, they call with an estimated arrival time. Expect about 45 minutes to 1 hour of notice.

Tip: Keep your phone on and nearby on moving day so you don't miss your crew's ETA call.

Coverage options

Released Value Protection

Included at no charge in every contract.

Liability is limited to $0.60 per pound, per article, calculated by weight regardless of market value. Best for easily replaceable items or if you buy separate third-party moving insurance.

Full Value Protection

Optional, $200 upfront.

Covers up to $10,000 to repair, replace, or compensate any damaged item. We choose repair, like-kind replacement, or cash settlement. Declare any item worth more than $100 per pound on a dedicated inventory form.
